In order to maintain its market leading position this Financial Services client needed to set up a new product team in the UK and attract next generation product skills from the start-up Fintech world. An experienced Operations Director was sought to build and lead this team, and to develop US products for the EMEA market. BRS established a list of 80 potential candidates, assessed them for relevant experience and motivations and put forward a longlist of 6 candidates for our Client to take through the remaining recruitment process.
